To Heal Instead of Hide - Poem

 I've been learning to face and feel what needs to heal.

Unhealed Hearts Can Cause Collateral Damage

I’ve seen this happen in others, and in myself too. Sometimes the pain we don’t deal with spills out and hurts people we love. Healing isn’t optional… it’s how we stop the damage.

Some Days It's Easier To Just Pretend Things Are Okay

Others may not comprehend your pain, and that can add to the hurt. I hope you find at least one person who will listen and get it.
